Rhoden Roofing in Wichita, KS is the finest roofing company that I have ever dealt with.  They are thorough, courteous and highly competent folks…the kind of people that you’d like to have on your side when it comes to a major expenditure like replacing your roof! Rhoden was initially recommended by a neighbor.  We contacted Rhoden and asked for an estimate while we began to investigate the company over the next several weeks.  The consensus about the kind of standards that this company held itself to were very high, as we learned from reading reviews and talking to several of their customers. We ended up selecting Rhoden and I’d like to talk about their staff: •	The first person that we met was James Telfer.  James came out and met us and discussed our roofing needs due to hail damage.  Although James did bid our job and functioned as a sales person, his title with the company is Project Coordinator and that’s exactly what he did.  James coordinated our roof and gutter project from start to finish.  He is extremely committed to both the customer and his company…you couldn’t ask for better. •	When it came time to replace the roof, Drake Zogleman was the foreman of our crew. We have a tall two-story house in College Hill with a steep pitch that required special care and techniques to get the old roof down and the new roof up.  Drake and his nine-man crew did a superb job all in a single 10 hour day. It was amazing display of skill and teamwork.  They covered up the ground and our plants and cleaned everything up in a fine fashion…no complaints.  The work flow was smooth and the shingles are straight, well-nailed with proper drip edges, flashing, etc. •	When our job was completed, Logan Gossett, a Customer Relations specialist with Rhoden cam out and inspected our roof both from the ground and via a drone that documented the condition of the roof.  Logan sent us the digital files for the drone pictures.  Then he went over our warranty for the roof.  This level of service after the installation of the roof is really top-drawer! •	Kyle Mitchel, a Claim Specialist with Rhoden, communicated the necessary information with our insurance company. •	Sarah Linder in the Accounting department at Rhoden answered all of our questions regarding payments, etc. Rhoden provided excellent service in every way at a fair and reasonable price. Patrick Mosley was Extremely Helpful for the Roof Inspection & did a Detailed Thorough Estimate including Pictures of everything we needed done to protect our Home for many years to come. I want to thank Rhoden Roofing for their reputable, professional, and friendly experience in replacing my roof. I'd like to give particular recognition to Jerrod Byrne, the Project Coordinator, who provided the estimate and oversight of the project.  I had never bought a roof before and Jerrod held my hand (figuratively speaking) through the entire process.  His explanations and thoroughness were invaluable.  He was knowledgeable, articulate, and supportive.  I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. I would also like to recognize and thank Chris Primm who was the On-site Supervisor of the installation.  He was present and available throughout the installation.  He paid close attention that the job was done right and was helpful and polite. In addition, while I haven't met Kyle Mitchell in person, he managed the insurance claim and did a great job.  I'm very grateful to him. I highly recommend Rhoden Roofing if you're looking for a reputable and professional, and friendly experience. P.S. The roof looks Fantastic!
